I graduated from UCSD Spring 2023 with a Bachelor's of Science in Cognitive Science with a specialization in Design and Interaction. My design journey began my senior year of high school when I joined the school newspaper as a writer and designer. While I enjoyed my experience creating layouts with InDesign, I had no idea that I would pursue this professionally later on.
I began at UCSD as a Cognitive Science major with no interest in the design specialization. That is, until I took "The Design of Everyday Things" at the start of my junior year. I fell in love with the design process and learning about how people interact with everyday objects and one another. Since then, I have taken every design class available to me and learned something new with each new project I tackled.
Outside of academics, I enjoy crocheting, surfing, travelling, and trying new activities and foods.
